The Daily Special this week features really nice Atlantic Cod for our "Fish & Chips". Lightly battered with a nice shot of Beer...fried to a golden brown and served on a pile of our hand-cut Pommes Frites with MB's Cole Slaw and your choice of Remoulade or Cocktail Sauce...personally I like mine with a good dash of Malt Vinegar.
And as always, we're featuring our "Bark Lard" BLT as did Food Network's "Triple D"! Thick slices of our own in-house cured Bacon, fresh Lettuce and Jeff's homemade Tomato Jam. All sandwiches are served with your choice of MB's Cole Slaw or Chips and Overnight Pickles.
The first of our two Entree Salads...a spin on a classic Greek Salad. Fried Feta Salad, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Kalamata Olives and thinly sliced Red Onion tossed with an Oregano Vinaigrette and garnished with crispy fried Feta Cheese served on a bed of organic Greens.
Mary Beth's Salad, our featured House Salad starts with organic Field Greens topped with fresh Oranges, Apples, dried Cranberries, Red Onion, spicy sweet Pecans and a dusting of Blue Cheese. A homemade Raspberry Vinaigrette and toasted Baguette are served on the side.
